Hello Hermione and Severus! I was wondering if you two have seen the muggle movie "V for Vendetta". It is absolutely beautiful and in a lot of ways it reminds me of your story.

    Dear Anon,

    We have seen V For Vendetta. We don’t normally watch a lot of movies, seeing as we don’t use our telly (it’s properly gathering dust in our attic as we speak), but we’ll occasionally go to the cinemas. We watched V For Vendetta in the theater and thoroughly enjoyed it. I must say, it’s rare to see Severus get wrapped up in a film, but he was mesmerized with that one. It was quite comical. I think his mouth was hanging open at one or two points.

    That’s interesting that it reminds you of our story, Anon. I daresay in chapters to come it may even feel more so.

    Severus still quotes from that film on occasion, by the way. V’s opening monologue to Evey? Yes, my husband knows that speech by heart.

    And now he’s quoting it yet again as he passes by the kitchen on his way to the Potions lab.

    Hmm… He’d make a pretty good V himself, wouldn’t he?

    I hit a plateau with writing and am revising under the guise of “But I’ve changed a bunch of stuff and I need to make sure I know what’s there before I write more!” It is a flimsy excuse and I know it.
